Price quotes are in US dollars per person per trip and are valid only for this group offer which start from 15 to 20 persons

The Nile cruise sail from Aswan  for 3 nights sailing on Friday  so you have to be in Egypt enough time according to the program

Children Policy

• Up to 2 years: FREE
• Age 2 up to 6 years: 25% of adult price
• Age 6 up to 12 years: 50% of adult price
• Ages 12 and Up: adult price

Notes :

• Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room )
• If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 40% of the full price . This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer   should be received within 7 days of booking

Pay via bank account  wire transfer , will send you all bank info to transferring the money 

Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

Cancellation Policy

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
