Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 40% of the full price . This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer should be received within 7 days of booking

Tipping

Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Welcome to Egypt! Arrive at Cairo airport, where our representative will be waiting for you, with a sign showing your name. From the airport, you will be transferred by a private car to your hotel. Overnight in the hotel in Cairo.

In the morning enjoy a visit to Sakkara. Here you have the chance to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, which is the first Pyramid built and is the world’s oldest stone structure. Later we drive to Memphis, the capital of the ancient kingdom and one of the most important cities throughout the history of ancient Egypt. Here we visit the mostly open-air Memphis Museum and see the fallen statue of Ramses II. In the afternoon we drive to Giza to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mycerinus than your guide will escort you to visit the panorama area to take pictures of the 6 pyramids together and this consider the best safari on the camel or horse in the middle of the desert and then driving to see the enigmatic Sphinx: a pharaohs’ head with a lion’s body. Back to your hotel and overnight in the hotel in Cairo.
In the morning start the tour with Old Cairo and see the remains of the Roman towers, visit the Hanging Church then Abu Sirga Church and Synagogue. Then we drive to Islamic Cairo and visit Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and Citadel of Salah El-Din.
In the afternoon visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. n the morning pick up from your hotel and transfer by car to Bahariya Oasis. Once in Bahariya, we have a small lunch before starting the jeep tour to the White Desert. On the way, you will visit the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, the Akabat (sand) Desert, and a hot spring. In the evening you will camp out in the middle of the White Desert and our Bedouin friends will prepare a traditional dinner for you by the campfire. Enjoy the most magical sunset and discover the secrets of the desert at night. Overnight under the stars.
After breakfast drive back to Bahariya Oasis. and transfer back to Cairo by car. Arrive in Cairo in the afternoon.
In the evening transfer to the train station to take the overnight train to Aswan. (Seater train, approximately 14 hours train ride.) OR by bus which only takes around 7 hours
Arrive at Aswan and check in to the hotel. Start guided tour, visiting the fantastic Philae Temple and Aswan High Dam, an engineering miracle, built-in 1960. Free evening, overnight in the hotel in Aswan.
Free morning in Aswan. Or take the option to visit the glorious temples of Abu Simbel: early morning (3:30 a.m.) pick up from the hotel and transfer to Abu Simbel and visit the Temple of Ramses II., and Temple of Hathor. Overlooking Lake Nasser, these rock-cut temples are one of ancient Egypt’s most amazing creations. Transfer back to Aswan.
In the afternoon transfer to the train station to catch the train to Luxor. Overnight in the hotel in Luxor.
