Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid during any time during the year expect during the eastern or Christmas and New Year holidays in Egypt. The price of single is valid for those coming with others and prefer single occupancy.

Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Egypt tour, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50 %. This deposit forms part of your final Payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or the Western Union.
Tipping
It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.
Cancellation Policy
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Check out from hotel in the early morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor where you will be met and assisted, then transferred by an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle to embark your Nile Cruise. Have your lunch on board before setting sail to Esna. Free time at leisure you can driving to visit dandara and Abydos temple [optional tour organize according the cruise schedule time}with Afternoon Tea and Captain’s Welcome Cocktail on board the cruise ship.
